Hi, I'm Josh
I founded JR Care in 2025 with a clear mission: to provide exceptional, person-centred home care that empowers individuals to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. I bring a wealth of experience and a deeply personal understanding to the provision of compassionate care.
My journey in the care sector began in 2015 within a dementia care home. This pivotal experience provided a solid foundation in understanding the complexities of dementia and the importance of dignified end-of-life care. This period honed my skills in providing sensitive and respectful support during challenging times.
In 2022, I expanded my expertise by joining a care home specialising in disability support. This role broadened my knowledge base to encompass a diverse range of disabilities, including autism, epilepsy, and learning difficulties. This experience fostered an ability to adapt care strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual, emphasising inclusivity and empowerment.
Prior to establishing JR Care, I transitioned to home care in 2024. This experience reinforced the value of personalised care delivered within the familiar and comforting environment of the individual’s home.
